How discreet is the packaging?

Completely. Orders ship in a plain unbranded satchel or box with no logos, product names or imagery. The sender name is neutral and your card statement shows a discreet descriptor rather than anything identifiable.

Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are packed the same day. Metro Australia is generally 2 to 4 business days and regional 4 to 7. Express is available at checkout for 1 to 2 business days to most metro areas.

How do I choose the right lingerie size?

Each piece lists its size range on the product page. If you're between sizes we recommend sizing up in structured pieces and staying true to size in stretch lace. Unworn apparel with tags and hygiene liners intact can be exchanged for another size within 30 days.

For health and safety reasons, wellness products, skin-contact restraint gear and consumables can't be returned or exchanged once the seal is broken. Unopened items in original condition can be returned within 30 days for a refund less shipping.

Yes. Every wellness piece is medical-grade silicone, ABS plastic, borosilicate glass or stainless steel — all non-porous and properly cleanable. We do not stock jelly rubber, PVC, TPR or anything containing phthalates.

Single-serve sachets of royal honey blended with botanicals, for adults 18 and over. They are a food supplement, not a medicine, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. One sachet in 24 hours, with water. Avoid if pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, or taking nitrates or blood pressure medication, and speak to your doctor if you're on any prescription.

Yes. A single sachet is $8.99, a pack of 5 works out at $6 each, and a box of 10 works out at $5 each. The savings are shown on the product and on the homepage.
